  • You want to understand how relationships shape your life and how you can create stronger and more fulfilling ones.

  • You want to get clear on what you value in life and start living by those values.

  • You may have had emotional or physical needs that were ignored when you were younger that affect how you experience life.

  • You want to build healthier habits to reduce emotional suffering.

  • You want to live life as yourself, more free, open, and self-accepting.

  • You want to learn to identify your emotions, and express them in a healthy way.

step one

Schedule a free, 15-minute consult call to determine if you and I will be a good fit to work together.

step two

For your first session, we’ll meet via video or in person and discuss what’s going on for you now. I’ll help you create goals for therapy, and we’ll make a plan of action.

step three

We’ll meet weekly or biweekly via Video or at my Temecula office. Length of therapy depends on you and your goals, but most of my clients see me for 3-12 months.
