EMDR helps your brain and nervous system reprocess experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns that still feel unresolved. This can be especially helpful when insight alone has not changed the way your body reacts, the way old memories feel, or the way certain triggers keep showing up in your life.

IFS helps us understand the different parts of you that may feel stuck, conflicted, protective, overwhelmed, or exhausted. Instead of fighting the inner critic, the overachiever, the people-pleaser, or the part that shuts down, we get curious about what those parts are trying to protect. This work helps create more self-trust, compassion, and internal steadiness.

Somatic therapy brings the body and nervous system into the work. Together, we pay attention to signals like tension, shutdown, urgency, numbness, or overwhelm so healing is not only something you understand intellectually. This can help you build more capacity, regulation, and safety from the inside out.

I specialize in working with driven, deep-feeling adults who already have insight but still feel stuck in the same patterns. My work integrates IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy with a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming lens.
I bring specialized training and lived understanding, but I don’t believe therapy should feel rigid or one-size-fits-all. We’ll work with your goals, your nervous system, and your pace.
