Most of the people I work with already have insight. They’ve talked about it. They understand why they feel the way they do. What's been missing is a way to work with what's actually driving those patterns.

I'm a therapist who specializes in complex trauma, high-functioning adults, and neurodivergent people who are tired of just managing symptoms.

I work primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR — as integrated tools for getting to the root of what keeps you stuck.

Alongside weekly therapy, I also offer EMDR intensives for clients who want a more focused, accelerated approach.

As someone with ADHD, I understand neurodivergence from the inside. I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, and complex neurodivergent experiences, often alongside trauma, perfectionism, or burnout. Together, we’ll sort out what needs accommodation, what needs compassion, and what protective patterns may be ready to heal, without pathologizing who you are.

We’ll start with a no-pressure, 15-minute video call so you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and get a feel for how I work. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore what’s getting in the way, and choose a pace and approach that fits your needs. This might include EMDR, parts work, somatic therapy, neurodivergent-affirming support, or a blend of approaches.

As therapy progresses, you’ll start to notice shifts—in how you relate to yourself, to others, and to your nervous system. We’ll continue checking in to make sure the work feels meaningful, supportive, and aligned with your growth.

EMDR Intensives offer a focused therapy format for those who want deeper work in a shorter period of time.

Instead of spreading the work across months of weekly sessions, we set aside dedicated time to work more fully on what you want to address. This can be especially helpful if you’ve done therapy before and still feel stuck, or if you want a more focused way to approach healing without losing momentum between appointments.
