Most of the people I work with already have insight. They understand why they feel the way they do.
What’s been missing is a way to work with what’s actually driving those patterns.
That’s where this work is different.
I’m a therapist trained in IFS and EMDR, and I specialize in helping high-functioning adults move beyond patterns that haven’t shifted through insight alone.
Alongside weekly therapy, I also offer EMDR intensives for clients who want a more focused, accelerated approach to deeper work.

TRAUMA | PTSD
Old wounds have a way of echoing into the present. Whether it’s relational trauma, childhood neglect, or a past experience that’s still stuck in your system, I offer EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to help you process what happened—without having to relive it. This work is gentle, paced, and deeply honoring of your lived experience.
RELATIONSHIPS
Whether you’re navigating conflict, codependency, or patterns that keep repeating—I help you untangle relational dynamics from the inside out. We’ll work with attachment wounds, boundaries, emotional safety, and the parts of you that learned to protect, please, or pull away.
Considering an EMDR Intensive?
If you’ve done therapy before but still feel stuck, or you want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time, an EMDR intensive might be a better fit.
Instead of revisiting the same patterns week after week, intensives create the space to stay with the work long enough for real processing and integration to happen.
