  • You can schedule a session by filling out my Contact Form. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.

  • I do not bill insurance directly. However, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If your insurance provider offers out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

  • I understand that therapy is an investment, and I strive to provide the highest level of care to my clients. To ensure that I can dedicate my full attention to each individual, I do not offer a sliding scale fee. By keeping my practice independent of insurance-driven restrictions, I can provide specialized, in-depth support tailored to each person’s needs without being limited by external policies or reimbursement delays.     • Therapy is an investment in your mental health, relationships, and personal growth. By prioritizing individualized, high-quality care, I ensure that each session is tailored to your unique needs. Below are my session rates:

    • Initial Consultation (15 min): Free

    • Individual Therapy & EMDR (50 min): $190 per session

    • Relationship Coaching (50 min): $190 per session

    • ADHD Coaching (50 min): $190 per session

  • Your first session lets us discuss your concerns, goals, and background. We will explore what brought you to therapy, identify your emotional and relational patterns, and begin developing customized goals.

  • I work with individuals and partners to help improve emotional connections, communication, and overall relationship satisfaction. My relationship coaching to help partners navigate challenges, build trust, and strengthen their bonds.

  • Yes! I offer telehealth therapy for clients in California and online coaching. Sessions are conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • My experience and training have been focused on working with older teens and adults. As a result, I do not offer therapy services for children.

  • I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
