Meet Tana

I didn’t become a therapist by accident—I became a therapist because I get it.

I know what it’s like to overanalyze every decision, question your worth, and put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own.

For years, I stayed in places—relationships, jobs, environments—that drained me, yet I told myself I had to push through. I ignored my needs, second-guessed my instincts, and convinced myself that if I just tried harder, cared more, or did better, I’d finally feel at peace.

But I wasn’t alone in these patterns. And if any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know:

You aren’t broken.
You aren’t weak.
You aren’t “too much” or “not enough.”
You’ve just been taught to meet everyone’s needs—except your own.

That realization changed everything.

I stopped just surviving and started healing—breaking free from old emotional patterns, understanding my nervous system, and learning how to take up space in my own life.

Now, I help my clients do the same.

Recognitions & Specialized Experience

San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors Certificate of Recognition for assisting survivors and others directly effected by the 2015 Mass Violence Incident at Inland Valley Regional Center.

Early in my career, I worked with survivors of human trafficking, at-risk teens, individuals in detention facilities, and people navigating crisis stabilization. These experiences shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the systemic barriers to healing.

That’s why I built this practice—to create a space where you don’t have to rush your healing, where we can go beyond symptom management, and where therapy is tailored to your needs.I saw people falling through the cracks—doing their best to survive, but without access to the deeper, trauma-focused care they needed to truly heal.
