    Insurance Reimbursement:

    Unfortunately, most insurance plans do not cover coaching services. However, you may be able to use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for coaching. I recommend checking with your insurance provider and HSA/FSA administrator to confirm coverage.
